Pricing and the free five
Five active users are free, forever. Above that, each additional user is €1 or $1.20 a month, billed monthly through Stripe.

An active user is a person you have given App access to. Directory visibility, groups, fields and Walkie-Talkie cost nothing extra. How seats are counted explains the day-by-day measure.
From free to paid
Turning on App access for a sixth person starts a paid subscription. You’ll be asked for a payment method before the switch takes effect. Nothing else changes: same dashboard, same app.
From paid to free
Dropping to five or fewer active users schedules the change. Your subscription runs to the end of the period you’ve paid for, then moves to free with no further charge. Moving to the Free plan has the details.
Refunds
