- Browse the list.
- Search by name, role or department.
- Filter by group: pick a department or a custom group from the dropdown at the top. Depending on how your admin set things up, the filter shows departments and groups, or the whole company as one list.
See their details
Tap a person to open their card: photo, job title, department, phone and email, whichever of these your company chose to share. If a detail you expect is missing, your admin has switched that field off for everyone.
Reach them
From a card, choose Call, Message for an SMS, or WhatsApp. Each opens the phone’s own app with the number already in place.
Your own details
What the directory shows about you comes from your company’s Google Workspace. To fix your title, phone or photo, ask whoever manages Google Workspace at your company to change it there. It syncs to everyone within the hour.
