Sign in with your work Google account
Google sign-in, with the account your company gave you. Two taps, and what to do if it says your organization isn't set up.
- Open the app and tap Sign in with Google.
- Choose your work Google account, for example
you@yourcompany.com, and approve.
That’s it. You land on your company directory.
If something is off
- “Organization not set up.” Your admin hasn’t connected your Google Workspace yet. Ask them; there is nothing to fix on your side.
- You picked the wrong account. A personal Gmail has no company behind it. Sign out from the app’s settings and sign back in with your work account.
- You can sign in, but see nobody. Your admin hasn’t turned on your access yet, or hasn’t listed anyone. The admin side of this explains the two switches.
Why Google only
Your access follows your work account. When you leave the company and the account is closed, the app stops working with it. Nobody has to remember to remove you.
