Quick start for your team
Your company shares its directory through Workspace Sync. Getting it on your phone takes about a minute.
- Install the app. Search for Workspace Sync in the App Store or Google Play. Install the app.
- Sign in with your work Google account. The same one you use for company email. A personal Gmail won’t show your company. Sign in.
- Find a colleague. Browse, search by name, role or department, or filter by group.
- Reach them in one tap. Open someone and choose Call, Message or WhatsApp.
The directory updates itself. New colleagues appear, people who leave disappear, and you never add anyone by hand again.
If you can’t see someone you expect to, your admin decides who is listed; ask them. If the app says your organization isn’t set up yet, your admin hasn’t finished connecting Google Workspace.
