Choose which fields are shared
Decide which details reach your team's phones. Disabled fields are never sent, not merely hidden.
Open Field Configuration in the dashboard. Each field has a switch, and a live preview on the right shows how a contact looks in the app as you change things.
What you can share
Given name, family name, email, phone numbers, photo, job title, department, organization and addresses. Names and at least one way to reach a person are recommended; without them the directory stops being useful.
Many companies turn addresses off so that only work contact details appear.
What “off” means
A field that is off is stripped before it leaves our servers. The app never receives it, so it cannot be shown, cached or saved to a phone. This is a privacy control, not a display setting.
Changes apply on the next sync or the next time an app refreshes, usually within the hour.
Group mode
The same page holds the Group mode switch, which decides how the app’s filter groups people: by Department, using your groups, or by Organization, as one company-wide list. Groups explains both.
