Add and manage admins
A workspace can have several admins, so setup and day-to-day management don't depend on one person.
- The first account that signs up for your organization becomes its owner.
- The owner can transfer ownership to another admin.
- Any admin can add or remove other admins.
Admins sign in at app.workspace-sync.com with their work Google account. Everyone with admin access can connect Google Workspace, manage contacts, groups and fields, and handle billing.
Sign-in is Google only
There are no passwords to manage. Admin access is tied to a company Google account, so when someone leaves and their Google account is suspended, their access to Workspace Sync goes with it. Personal Gmail accounts cannot become admins.
A good habit
Add a second admin on day one. If the person who set things up is away when a new hire needs access, someone else can flip the switch.
