Invoices, cards and cancelling

Cards and invoices live in the Stripe customer portal, one click from the Billing page. Plus what happens when a payment fails, and how currency works.

Card payments are handled by Stripe, which you open from the Billing page with Manage billing & invoices in Stripe. We never see your card number.

In the Stripe portal

  • Update the card on file.
  • Download invoices and receipts.
  • See your billing history.

Stripe calculates the VAT on each invoice from the billing address you enter at checkout.

If a payment fails

Stripe retries the payment and emails you. Until it is settled, the Plan card shows Payment issue, the Billing page offers Update payment method, and you can’t add paid seats. Update the card to settle it.

Cancelling

Press Cancel subscription on the Billing page. The subscription stays active to the end of the current period, with no refund for the remainder, and then your organization moves to the Free plan. Moving to the Free plan describes what happens to people beyond five. You can resume before the end date.

Currency

You choose EUR or USD under Pay in at your first checkout: €1 or US$1.20 per user per month. The currency is fixed once the subscription exists, because Stripe doesn’t allow changing the currency of a subscription. To switch, cancel and choose the other currency when you subscribe again.

If we invoice you

Invoiced organizations don’t use the Stripe portal. Their monthly invoice is issued by Web rješenja d.o.o., with VAT under Croatian rules.
