Moving to the Free plan
Drop to five or fewer users, or cancel, and your subscription ends at the next renewal. No further charge.
There are two ways to the Free plan. Both keep your current period, which is already paid, and end the subscription at renewal instead of charging again.
Drop to five users or fewer
Turn off App access until five people or fewer have it and press Save changes. Workspace Sync asks Move to Free plan?; confirm with Save and move to Free plan. The Billing page then shows Moving to Free plan on the renewal date.
Cancel the subscription
On the Billing page, press Cancel subscription. When the period ends:
- Your organization moves to the Free plan.
- Up to five users keep App access.
- If more than five people have App access, the most recently enabled lose it until five remain.
Changed your mind?
Until the renewal date, Resume subscription on the Billing page keeps you on the paid plan as if nothing happened.
Small print
Seats you added earlier in the period can still appear as a prorated charge on the last invoice. That is the addition from Add or remove users mid-month, not a new subscription.
