Pricing and the Free plan
Free for up to five users, forever. From the sixth user, every user is €1 or $1.20 a month, paid monthly by card through Stripe.

A user is a person you have given App access to. Directory visibility, groups and field settings cost nothing extra. An organization with 6 users pays for 6: €6, or US$7.20, a month plus VAT. With 12 users it pays for 12: €12, or US$14.40.
From free to paid
When you give a sixth person App access and press Save changes, Workspace Sync asks Add paid seats? and shows the monthly amount. Continue to checkout takes you to Stripe to enter a card, where you also pick the currency under Pay in. The subscription covers all your users, the first five included. Nothing else changes: same dashboard, same app.
From paid to free
Dropping to five or fewer users, or cancelling, moves you to the Free plan at your next renewal, with no further charge. Moving to the Free plan has the details.
Refunds
Payments are for the month ahead and aren’t refunded when you remove people or cancel; the change applies from the next renewal. Support looks at special cases individually; reach us from the chat.
If we invoice you
Some organizations are billed by invoice under a separate agreement instead of by card. They pay monthly in arrears for measured use, described in How seats are counted. Their invoices are issued by Web rješenja d.o.o. with VAT under Croatian rules.
